Recently I decided to take some time off Facebook… crazy, right? It has felt like such a time suck lately. Social media can be amazing but it can also become an addiction that enhances feelings of anxiety and inadequacy. I really thought it would be harder than it has been. But maybe that’s because I have so many other things to fill my time! Another big change I’ve made recently is to go back to school. I’m taking classes online through Liberty University in religious ministries and Christian counseling. It’s an exciting development but it has definitely brought some change and a little more stress to my life! Regardless… one week off facebook and I’m feeling refreshed and definitely mangaging my time much better! Another positive outcome is that I’ve actually had time to edit some personal photos now that I’m finished with clients for awhile. I already cannot believe this trip was a year ago while Justin was still deployed. Here were are almost a year later and another deployment on the horizon! I’m so thankful for our community here and friends who don’t mind adventuring with me!
Vietri is the first town other than Naples that we visited in Italy when we arrived in the summer of 2015. I have been charmed ever since! It’s a small Amalfi Coast town with streets that wind down the mountain to the beach. It’s famous for painted ceramics and the sea glass that can be found in abundance on it’s beaches. I can honestly say I love Vietri as much in the winter as I do in the summer! It’s a wonderful place to visit and a great place to purchase gifts!
Enjoy these images from our second visit to Vietri!
